Dr. Neil graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Alberta in 1991. He is a member of the Canadian Dental Association, the Alberta Dental Association & College, is Past-President of the Central Alberta Dental Society and is a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
